Questions we’d ask too

Straight answers.

What people ask before they register. If your question is about using the product rather than buying it, the docs go step by step.

Why not Apollo’s free tier?

Apollo hands you a database and filters; the selection is your job. Tamozo’s job is the selection: it reads profiles against your ICP, writes down why each person fits, and returns a short ranked list. If bulk exports are converting for you, keep them. We’re for the outreach where each message costs you something.

Is this an outreach tool?

It builds the list first — that is still the point of it. But yes: from the Growth plan up, you can reach the people on it without leaving Tamozo. Email and LinkedIn steps, sent from your own mailbox and your own profile, spread across your working hours, with replies landing in your own inbox. Nobody sees a sending domain of ours, because there isn’t one. It is built for fifty to five hundred people you chose, not for a blast — the daily caps are deliberately low and we would rather you sent less. On the entry plan you export the list and work it wherever you already do.

How fresh is the data?

Every delivered lead is re-validated against live data at the moment of delivery. A profile we can’t verify doesn’t reach you.

What does it cost?

Plans start at $19/mo and run to $199; the plan covers your searches and the leads they deliver. Verified email addresses are separate packs that never expire, so nothing you paid for evaporates at the end of a month. No seat licences — price is per account, not per colleague — and no annual contract unless you want the discount. You are never charged for nothing: a search that finds nobody doesn’t count, a lead you already have isn’t counted twice, and an address we can’t verify isn’t billed.

Is there a free plan?

No — every plan is paid, starting at $19/mo for 3 agents and 500 leads a month. That is deliberate: a free tier gets skimmed rather than worked, and each search costs us real money to run, so giving it away would mean charging the people who actually use it for the people who don’t. Monthly, cancel anytime — the entry plan is priced so one useful list pays for it.

Where does the data come from?

Public professional profiles, company pages, and live job postings, aggregated from multiple sources and cross-checked. Instead of serving you a stale export, we re-verify each lead when it’s delivered.

My deal size is $5K+. Is this worth it?

That’s the arithmetic we built for. At high ACV, one closed deal from one list covers the tool for a long time. You’re not buying leads by the pound; you’re buying the selection.
