Replies, unsubscribes and bounces

A reply is the point of the whole exercise, so what happens next is deliberate rather than incidental.

A reply stops that lead

With Stop on reply on — it is, by default — a real reply ends that lead's run through the flow. They stay in your Inbox; they stop receiving steps.

Auto-responders do not count. An out-of-office arrives from the person's own address and looks identical to a reply. Counting it would mean the flow congratulates itself and stops chasing someone who never read the message. If we can read a return date, the flow waits until then rather than continuing into an empty office.

Replies land in your Inbox, with the flow that produced them

Every conversation carries the outreach it came from, the reason the lead matched, and the person's profile beside it — so answering does not mean opening three tabs to remember who this is.

Opting out applies to everything you run

If someone uses the unsubscribe link, asks to be removed in a reply, or their address hard-bounces, they are added to do-not-contact and no outreach of yours will contact them again — not just the one they answered.

That is deliberate. The alternative is emailing someone who already said no, from a different flow, which is both the rudest possible follow-up and the fastest way to earn a spam complaint.
