Exporting, do-not-contact and your data

What you can take with you, what the account-wide do-not-contact list covers, and what we store.

What you can take with you, and what we keep.

Exporting

Every plan exports. CSV, from an agent's list or from Leads, and the export includes the reason each person matched — the field a spreadsheet from anywhere else does not have, and the one that lets whoever works the list see what you saw.

You can export the whole list or exactly the rows a filter matches. Since filters live in the URL, an export is repeatable: bookmark the view, export it again next month.

Export from an agent or from Leads. The file carries the reason each person matched, which is the column a spreadsheet from anywhere else does not have.

Do-not-contact

One list, account-wide. Somebody lands on it by using an unsubscribe link, asking to be removed in a reply, or by their address hard-bouncing — and afterwards no outreach of yours will contact them again, not just the flow they answered.

You can add someone yourself from their profile, and you can see the whole list in Account → Compliance.

What we store, and where

  • Your leads — the people delivered to you, with the reason each matched, and whatever you added: notes, tags, statuses, follow-ups.
  • Your outreach — the messages sent from your accounts and the replies that came back, so the timeline and the Inbox have something to show.
  • Your connected accounts — a token for each mailbox and LinkedIn profile. We never see or store the password.

Data appears inside your account and nowhere else. Nothing is pooled into a shared database, nothing is resold, and there is no free tier being farmed for the data — which is the part of the model that keeps those two sentences true.

Deleting

Disconnecting a mailbox or LinkedIn profile stops the sending immediately and removes the token. Deleting your account removes your leads, your notes and your message history; the do-not-contact list is the one thing worth keeping longer, because it protects people who asked not to be contacted.

Write to [email protected] for a deletion and a person will action it — see the privacy policy for the retention detail.

Still stuck? [email protected] — a person reads that address.
